After a brief discussion of your needs on the phone and determine the type of treatment you are looking for, we will set up a time to have an evaluation.

I provide a comprehensive evaluation, also known as a consultation. This typically consists of at least two sessions during which we will discuss your history and any past treatments. This is not only an opportunity for me to evaluate your condition but also to recommend the most appropriate treatment as well as establish for us whether we will be a good fit.

Payment

I am a preferred provider for Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield. For those insurances that I am not considered a preferred provider, you can get reimbursed for services with me as an out of network provider.
